NAPH Updates SCOTUS Resources on Website - July 31, 2012

NAPH has updated its website with resources for members and nonmembers regarding the Supreme Court’s decision on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. NAPH members can access frequently asked questions, which address issues stemming from the decision that impact safety net providers. Members can also submit their own questions regarding the implications of the decision. The site also features decision summaries and links to the decision and briefs filed in the case. Additionally, the Facts & Figures section provides links to data and outside analysis, which are useful for discerning the decision’s implications.
