HHS Reschedules Dates for Regional Implementation Forums - July 24, 2012

As noted last week, Kathleen Sebelius, the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), sent a letter to governors answering questions regarding the Supreme Court’s Affordable Care Act (ACA) ruling. Sebelius’ letter also announced that the administration will be holding regional informational meetings to work with states and stakeholders on ACA implementation.
