**Note: The first HCAHPS Office Hours will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 5 at 1 PM Eastern. Although not required, NAPH members are encouraged to attend both distance learning opportunities, as new issues will be discussed during each call.**

During HCAHPS Office Hours, participants will have the opportunity to discuss specific issues with their HCAHPS implementation plans with Carrie Brady and fellow NAPH members who may have solved a similar problem. Participants will gain knowledge that may assist in future problem solving and develop relationships with other NAPH members for future consultation.
