Governments at both the state and federal level are working to implement and fund health reform. As part of a larger process, federal agencies will see some structural changes that aim to boost efficiency. Of particular importance to safety net providers, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has created new offices and consolidated others. States are also working out how new programs and funding opportunities will affect them. NAPH will monitor changes to the structure and organization of these agencies, as well as reports that they release.
