America's Essential Hospitals (formerly the National Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems) is a leading membership organization with more than 32 years of protecting the interests of hospitals and health systems that serve vulnerable patients and entire communities with essential care. America's Essential Hospitals member hospitals represent 2 percent of hospital beds in the nation, but provide 20 percent of all uncompensated care. These hospitals provide a variety of essential services to their communities, including primary care through trauma care, burn units, emergency psychiatric care, neonatal intensive care, teaching, and research. Many America's Essential Hospitals members are teaching-hospitals, leaders in health care innovation, and first responders to disasters in their areas. As a nationally-recognized voice for these hospitals, America's Essential Hospitals advocates on their behalf at the federal level to help protect their ability to provide health care to all.

America's Essential Hospitals greatly values the important roles that corporate sponsors play in helping the organization accomplish its mission. America's Essential Hospitals looks to sponsors to provide support in the following ways:

1. Corporate Sponsor- $45,000 Contribution
   Corporate sponsors have a year-long relationship with America's Essential Hospitals. Sponsors at this level provide support for the association's Annual Conference and other educational programs held throughout the year. At this level, sponsorship benefits include:
   • Four complimentary registrations to the Annual Conference and additional conference registrations will be available at the member rate;
   • Recognition in the Annual Conference materials;
   • Opportunity to host an educational breakfast session at the Annual Conference;
   • Opportunity to conduct one web-conference during the year on a topic approved by America's Essential Hospitals;
   • For a 12-month period, logo placement and recognition on the America's Essential Hospitals website 
2. Sponsor of Gage Awards Program - $25,000 Contribution
   Sponsors at this level provide support to the America's Essential Hospitals Gage Awards. At this level, sponsorship benefits include:
   • Three complimentary registrations to the Annual Conference and up to five additional conference registrations at the member rate;
   • Electronic file of the Annual Conference registration list;
   • Recognition in the Annual Conference and Gage Awards materials;
   • Participation in the Gage Awards ceremony.
3. Sponsor of America's Essential Hospitals' Research Agenda- $20,000 Contribution Sponsors at this level help underwrite the core research agenda for America's Essential Hospitals and its research affiliate, the Essential Hospitals Institute (formerly the National Public Health and Hospital Institute). At this level, sponsorship benefits include:
   • Two complimentary registrations to the Annual Conference and up to five additional conference registrations at the member rate;
   • Logo placement in conference materials;
   • Recognition and acknowledgement in a written research publication.
4. Sponsor of America's Essential Hospitals' Fellows Educational Program - $15,000 Contribution
   Sponsors at this level help provide financial support to assist in covering the cost of the Fellows program. At this level, sponsorship benefits include:
   • One complimentary registration to the Annual Conference and up to five additional conference registrations at the member rate;
   • Logo placement in Annual Conference materials;
   • Electronic file of the Annual Conference registration list;
   • Recognition and acknowledgement in Fellows educational materials.
5. Providing Support to America's Essential Hospitals' Distance Learning Educational Series - $10,000 Contribution
   Sponsors at this level have the opportunity to host two webinars and/or technical assistance calls during a 12-month period on topics that are of interest to America's Essential Hospitals members and are approved, in advance, by America's Essential Hospitals. At this level, sponsorship benefits include:
   • One complimentary registration to the Annual Conference and up to five additional conference registrations at the member rate;
   • Electronic file of webinar participants;
   • Logo placement in Annual Conference registration materials;
   • Recognition in webinars and technical assistance call materials.
