This year-long executive education program is designed for leaders from hospitals, health plans and other health care organizations who wish to implement practical strategies to identify and address racial and ethnic disparities in health care, particularly through quality improvement. Participants will develop a strategic plan or advance a project to eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in health care with the guidance of a team of leaders from The Disparities Solutions Center (DSC) at Massachusetts General Hospital as well as from health plans and health centers across the nation.
