Over the past year, the NAPH Transformation Center has successfully partnered with HRET to bring members the NAPH HCAHPS Learning Network – a highly attended webinar series and two local in-person meetings focused on HCAHPS improvement. After the success of this year’s program, HRET received additional funding for year two and has again partnered with NAPH to continue this valuable learning opportunity. Program planning is underway for the second year of the HCAHPS Learning Network and we want your feedback. Join other NAPH members and HCAHPS Learning Network year one participants as NAPH shares our proposed plans. Participants will be encouraged to provide feedback on programming and make suggestions for the next phase.

Suggested Participants: Any NAPH member who participated in HCAHPS Learning Network year one, and participating members who are interested in providing useful feedback for structuring a second year of HCAHPS programming.
