Across the country, safety net hospitals are leading the way in innovation and efficiency. Now it’s time to share the good news with Washington! Join us for our upcoming spring Legislative Event in D.C., where we will showcase NAPH members’ unique and effective innovations, highlighting improvements in care delivery. Together, we can educate Congress about the important contributions you and your colleagues make each and every day to deliver high-quality care, decrease costs and demonstrate results.
Specifically, we encourage each hospital to bring one or two individuals who have led efforts to bring real, innovative changes to your organization. These innovators will join Government Relations professionals and CEOs in meetings with members of Congress. In addition to the meetings on Capitol Hill, you and your team can spotlight stories of these programs during NAPH’s Capitol Hill Innovation Reception for congressional staff. Ground Transportation
The Westin Georgetown is located approximately 15-20 minutes from Reagan National Airport (DCA), while Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore Washington Airports (BWI) are approximately 40-50 minutes from the hotel. Cab fares range from $20-$70 each way, depending on the airport. The Metro subway "Blue" line offers service directly from DCA to the Westin Georgetown via the “Foggy Bottom" stop - approximately 20 minutes.
