| Description Some safety net hospitals have well established major gift programs. Others are just beginning to study the feasibility of developing such programs. On this call we will discuss how safety net hospitals and health systems can develop and sustain successful major gift programs. What type of organizational culture is needed, how you cultivate major giving, identify and nurture relationships with prospective major donors, and solicit and accept major gifts. David Krause, CEO of Parkland Foundation, in Dallas, Texas, will describe the challenges and practices they have used to build and sustain a very successful major gifts program. |
