Distance Learning Programs

In 2010, NAPH is holding a series of distance learning activities that allow our members to learn about leading practices in quality improvement from national experts and from leaders within NAPH member organizations. Conference calls, web conferences, and a quality listserv deliver focused content in a convenient, efficient and cost-effective manner. This year’s Quality Improvement Series includes conference calls and web conferences covering patient satisfaction, the new hospital accrediting organization, and lessons from public hospitals and health systems around strategies to improve patient safety among other topics.
