NAPH SAFETY NET AWARDS

Apply to the NAPH Safety Net Awards program—the association’s national recognitions program. These prestigious awards recognize member hospitals and health systems that have implemented creative, successful programs to improve patient care and meet the needs of their communities.

Award Categories

• Improving the Patient Experience
• Integrated Delivery System—Improving Transitions in Care
• Using Health Information Technology to Advance Performance Improvement

The Chair’s Award and President’s Award will also be given, recognizing exceptional work in addressing the needs of the underserved.
