In our health care systems, nurses fill many roles – from clinical and education to research and administration. Nurses also drive quality and safety and are the key factors for success in many organizations. As NAPH members work to improve the care they provide to patients, they are increasingly looking to nurses for innovative ideas and programs, and providing the tools and support for nurses to take a greater role in patient care.
