NAPH Governance

NAPH is governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Committee. Each full dues paying member has a seat on the Board, usually filled by the chief executive officer of the member hospital or health system. Board meetings are typically held three times a year. The authority of the Board is vested in the sixteen-member Executive Committee between full meetings of the Board. The Executive Committee is composed of the Board officers, and additional at-large Committee members elected by NAPH members. The membership of the Executive Committee represents the geographic and organizational diversity of the overall membership of NAPH.
