Voters Overwhelmingly Approve Wishard Bond Measure - November 9, 2009

On November 3, voters in Marion County, Indiana, overwhelmingly approved a referendum to provide $600 million in bonds to finance the construction of a new Wishard Hospital. Hospital officials anticipate that groundbreaking for the new hospital could take place in six months and hope that the new hospital will be operational by the fall of 2013.
