ONCHIT to Hold Informational Calls on EHR Temporary Certification - June 30, 2010

The Office of the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology (ONCHIT) announced that it will hold two informational calls for providers on July 2 regarding the final ruling on the electronic health records (EHR) temporary certification program.

• The first call, for providers who are also health information technology providers (who may seek certification of systems developed in-house) will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. EDT; the call in is 800-857-9600, and participant passcode is 4129010.
• The second call, for providers, including clinicians, hospitals, and other provider organizations interested in the details of the temporary certification program, will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EDT; the call in number is 800-769-9420, and participant passcode is 3533556.
