NAPH Launches Health Reform Benefits Everyone Advocacy Campaign - August 25, 2009

On August 20, NAPH launched a new messaging campaign designed to encourage lawmakers to achieve meaningful and comprehensive health care reform. The campaign is not supporting a specific bill or proposal and it is not replacing NAPH's ongoing advocacy around key issues including protection of Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) payments, adequate Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement and increased support for care coordination. Rather, the campaign supplements NAPH’s advocacy efforts and is designed to build support for passage of a meaningful health care reform bill that will benefit everyone.
