HHS Seeks Comments on Proposed Survey of Former CAP/HCAP Grantees - July 20, 2010

On July 12, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) announced that it was seeking Office of Management and Budget approval to conduct a survey of community coalitions formerly funded under the Community Access Program (CAP) and Health Communities Access Program (HCAP). ASPE anticipates the survey will help determine the long-term sustainability and impact of community coalitions that received CAP/HCAP grants. Parties interested in commenting on the proposed information collection may submit comments to Sherette.funncoleman@hhs.gov by September 10.
